Can I get samples with my own design, are they free, and how long will it take?

Yes, customized samples are available and charges would be incurred. The lead time would be around 10-20 days or more up to the specific item. Charges will be deducted from the payment for further orders.

How do you promise the quality?

How much is the shipping cost for the sample?
