Can I get samples from you?
Yes, but we will charge for samples and express fee. The sample charges will be deducted from the payment for further orders.

Can I get samples with my own design, are they free, and how long will it take?
Yes, customized samples are available and charges would be incurred. The lead time would be around 10-20 days or more up to the specific item. Charges will be deducted from the payment for further orders.

What’s the MOQ and delivery time?
They are different for different items, all around 100-500pcs/sets, 30-70 days. Please contact us for the specific one.

How do you promise the quality?
We have always placed great emphasis on quality control. Moreover, we have a professional QC team to strictly inspect and control every section during production. Your factory audit is also welcome

Do you provide design services? Do you charge for design services?
Yes, we are able to provide design services. We have professional designers, and we also have cooperative design studios. Whether or not we charge for design services depends on the complexity of the design. Usually simple designs are free of charge. We only charge a minimum fee for complex designs.

What’s your payment terms?
We accept LC at sight, T/T, Western Union, PayPal etc. Except for LC at sight, all other payment methods require a 30% deposit.

Do you accept OA payment?
Sorry, we don't accept O/A payments.

What if I find something wrong with the product quality after receiving it?
Don’t worry about it. We will give you corresponding compensation after verification.

If I buy our customized products from you, can you guarantee that no competitors in my region will buy the same products from you?
Yes, we guarantee that the products developed by you will not be sold to your competitors.
