Laundering Bedding: Wash all bedding, linens, and clothing in hot water (at least 60°C) and dry on the highest heat setting. Sunlight is also useful.



Avoid Eating in Bed: Residue from food attracts various pests, including bed bugs. Breaking this habit can help prevent infestations.
